Amberley Castle

What a pleasure to be able to photograph a wedding somewhere as beautiful as Amberley Castle.  This stunning venue is perfect for photographs, it has the perfect castle story to tell, complete with a brilliant approach, port cullis and inner courtyard.  There are ancient walls with wildflowers growing out of them, archways and perfectly manicured lawns.  This castle is stunning and a unique place in which to get married, there is a sense of history and timeless elegance to the rooms. Inside, where the bridal preparations and wedding breakfast took place the rooms are full of atmospheric natural light. Huge windows and a sweeping staircase add to the drama.   It is a lovely place for guests to relax and enjoy their surroundings. For us, apart fromworking with such a lovely romantic couple, one of the highlights is the glorious white peacock who is not at all camera shy!  We would love to return to this wonderful castle. Amberley Castle is in Sussex, and so is a little further than most of our Surrey venues.  Set is wonderful countryside near to Storrington and close to Arundel.  We always enjoy photographing weddings somewhere new. That said if your wedding is in Venice - this is also one our most favourite places!
